Affiliate & Commission Terms

01Who Can Join

The program is open to individuals and businesses that are in good standing and have an active EventsAiLink account. We review every application and may decline, suspend, or remove a partner at any time for fraud, abuse, inactivity, or violation of these terms or any EventsAiLink policy.

Partners must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live). You may not join on behalf of a business unless you are authorized to represent it.

02Program Channels

• In-house affiliates: partners who share a unique EventsAiLink link or code directly.
• Sales associates: approved relationship and event sales associates who source opportunities and close business through the platform.
• Approved external networks: partners who participate through an approved affiliate network or partner platform. If you are paid through an external network, you are paid only through that network, not twice.

03How Credit Is Earned

• Last click wins. The partner whose link was the last one clicked before a qualifying purchase receives credit.
• The attribution window is 30 days from the last click. If a visitor clicks your link, signs up, and completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you.
• Credit is earned only on completed, paid, non-refunded purchases. Free sign-ups, free AI blueprints, free profiles, and the free HCC certification exam do not earn a commission on their own.
• Free products still keep the attribution cookie. If a referred user later upgrades to a paid product within the attribution window, the commission is paid to the original partner.
• Ongoing HCC training is a separate paid product and can earn commission when purchased through a tracked link.

04Recurring Commissions

For recurring products such as memberships, subscriptions, and co-branding plans, commissions continue to accrue while the referred customer stays active and the partner remains in good standing.

If a customer cancels, downgrades, or becomes inactive, future commissions stop. Commissions are not earned on free trial periods or refunded billing periods.

05Approval, Holding & Payouts

• Commissions start in a pending state. After a holding period, they are approved if the sale is not refunded, disputed, or reversed.
• Payouts are made on the published schedule once a partner reaches the minimum payout threshold.
• Partners must provide accurate payout information and comply with any tax or identity verification requirements.
• We may withhold or reverse commissions while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or self-referrals.

06What Voids Commissions

• Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulently obtained sales.
• Self-referrals, purchases made by the same household or business entity, or transactions designed to generate commissions artificially.
• Misleading claims, spam, coupon misuse, brand-keyword bidding, or promotion that violates our Acceptable Use policy or local law.
• Any sale where attribution cannot be verified by our tracking systems.
• Violations may result in forfeiture of pending commissions, removal from the program, and account suspension.

07No Guaranteed Earnings

Commission examples are illustrations, not guarantees of income. Earnings depend on the partner's effort, audience, market conditions, and the value of actual sales generated.

08Changes to Rates or Terms

We may update commission rates, attribution windows, holding periods, or these terms with notice. The rate that applies to a sale is the rate active at the time of the qualifying purchase. Continued participation after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
