01How Ratings Work
After completed bookings and engagements, participants can rate and review one another based on real experiences. Scores help AI agents and human administrators match the right people to the right scope of work, and help clients choose with confidence.
Ratings reflect verified interactions wherever possible. We may weight, age, or contextualize scores to keep them representative.
02What Counts as Rating Misuse
- Fake or incentivized reviews β posting reviews for engagements that did not happen, or paying for/trading positive reviews.
- Self-dealing β rating your own profile or using secondary accounts to inflate scores.
- Coordinated manipulation β groups boosting each other or mass-downvoting a competitor.
- Retaliation β leaving an unfair negative review to punish someone for declining work, reporting a violation, or enforcing boundaries.
- Coercion β pressuring someone to change or remove an honest review, or conditioning service on a 5-star rating.
- Off-topic, false, or abusive content β reviews containing hate, harassment, private data, or claims unrelated to the actual engagement.
- Extortion β threatening a bad review (or demanding payment to remove one) to extract money or favors.
03Detection & Enforcement
We use automated signals and human review to detect manipulation. Suspicious reviews may be filtered, removed, or excluded from a profile's score.
- First-instance issues: removal of the offending review and a warning.
- Repeated or serious misuse: score reset, loss of Verified status, ranking penalties, or feature restrictions.
- Severe or coordinated fraud and extortion: permanent account removal and forfeiture of related rewards.
04Fairness & Appeals
If you believe a review about you violates this policy or a decision was made in error, you can request a review at support@eventsailink.com. We aim to correct genuine mistakes and restore unfairly affected scores. We do not remove honest negative reviews simply because they are unfavorable.
05Verified Status & Selection
Verified status and rating history influence how fast and how often talent is selected, but verification is earned and must be maintained through honest conduct. Manipulating ratings to gain selection advantage is a serious violation.
06Privacy in Reviews
Do not include others' private or sensitive information in reviews. Keep feedback focused on the professional experience and the agreed scope of work.
