01General Principles
- Refund eligibility depends on the service type and how much of the service has been delivered or consumed.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Statutory consumer rights (for example EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights for eligible digital purchases) apply where the law requires and override stricter terms here.
- Fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations may make a purchase non-refundable.
02Payments, Timelines & Disputes
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; EventsAiLink does not store your full card details.
- Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Most refunds settle within 5β10 business days, though your bank or card issuer determines the final posting time.
- Currency conversion differences, foreign-transaction fees, or exchange-rate movement charged by your bank are outside our control and are not reimbursed.
- Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us β most issues (duplicate charges, wrong amounts, cancellations) are resolved faster directly, and abusive disputes may result in account suspension.
03Memberships (Individual & Corporate)
Membership fees grant immediate access to benefits and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us for a full correction.
04AI Event Planner Tiers
- AI Blueprint (Free): no charge, nothing to refund.
- Detailed Plan (one-time): refundable within 7 days only if the deliverable has not yet been generated or unlocked. Once the detailed plan is delivered, it is non-refundable as a completed digital product, subject to mandatory local rights.
- AI + Human Managed and Full Production: governed by the specific service agreement, including milestone-based and non-refundable deposits described in the Cancellation Policy.
05White-Label Event Ticketing Access
One-time and tiered access fees unlock software for the business operator and are non-refundable once the account/tools are provisioned, except where required by law. Funds collected from a business's own ticket buyers are governed by that business's event terms and our facilitation rules, not this consumer refund policy.
06Talent, Modeling, Influencer & Workforce Bookings
Booking-related refunds follow the Cancellation Policy and the Talent & Booking Terms. Verification fees, fast-track fees, and platform service fees are generally non-refundable because they pay for completed services (identity checks, priority placement, matching).
07HCC Certification Fees
- Training fees are refundable before training materials/exams are accessed.
- Background-check fees are non-refundable once the check has been initiated.
- Monthly workforce membership can be cancelled to stop renewals; the current period is non-refundable.
08Referral Rewards
Referral rewards have no cash purchase value and are not 'refunded.' Rewards earned through prohibited or fraudulent activity may be reversed or forfeited.
09How to Request a Refund
Email support@eventsailink.com from the address on your account with your order details and reason. We respond to refund requests promptly and will tell you whether your purchase qualifies and the expected timeline.
Global notice. EventsAiLink operates as a worldwide platform serving members, clients, talent, and partners in multiple countries. Where local consumer-protection, data-protection, labor, or tax law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory local rights apply and prevail. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence.
