Plans Change

Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This policy explains how to cancel bookings, managed events, and subscriptions, and what notice windows and fees apply. It works alongside our Refund Policy and Talent & Booking Terms.

Last updated: July 2026

01Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • Access and benefits continue until the end of the current paid period.
  • We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by local law.

02Talent, Modeling, Influencer & Workforce Bookings

Cancellation windows protect both clients and the people being booked. The closer a cancellation is to the engagement, the more of the fee is committed because the talent or worker has reserved their time.

  • More than 7 days before the engagement: full refund of the booking amount minus non-refundable platform/verification fees.
  • 3–7 days before: partial cancellation fee may apply to compensate reserved time.
  • Less than 48 hours before: the booking is generally non-refundable.
  • No-shows by a client forfeit the booking amount; no-shows by talent are credited or rebooked and may affect that talent's standing.

03AI + Human Managed Events & Full Production

Managed and production engagements run on milestones. Deposits secure team time, vendor holds, and planning work that begins immediately and cannot be recovered once spent.

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable once planning work or vendor commitments begin.
  • Amounts already spent on third-party vendors, venues, and contracted staff are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are settled based on work completed and commitments made up to the cancellation date.
  • Rescheduling may be available without losing your deposit, subject to availability.

04White-Label Events (Business Operators)

Businesses using the white-label ticketing system set their own attendee cancellation and refund rules for their events, which must comply with local law and be disclosed to their buyers. EventsAiLink's access/software fees follow the Refund Policy.

05Cancellations by EventsAiLink

If we must cancel a service we provide directly due to our own operational reasons, you receive a full refund of the affected amount or the option to reschedule. We are not liable for events cancelled by independent business operators using our tools.

06Force Majeure

For events affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control β€” natural disasters, government action, strikes, severe weather, public-health emergencies β€” we work with all parties to reschedule or fairly allocate non-recoverable costs. Force majeure does not automatically guarantee a full refund of money already committed to third parties.

07How to Cancel

Cancel subscriptions in your account settings. For bookings and managed events, cancel through the booking in your dashboard or email support@eventsailink.com as early as possible β€” the timestamp of your request determines which window applies.

Global notice. EventsAiLink operates as a worldwide platform serving members, clients, talent, and partners in multiple countries. Where local consumer-protection, data-protection, labor, or tax law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory local rights apply and prevail. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence.

This page is maintained by EventsAiLink to explain how the platform works. It is not legal advice. For binding agreements specific to your jurisdiction, contact us at the address below.
