01Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing EventsAiLink you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and able to enter a binding contract. If you use EventsAiLink on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Some features — such as Talent Booking, Live Connection, Modeling & Spokesperson, and Influencer programs — carry additional rules. Where a feature has its own policy, that policy applies in addition to these Terms.
02What EventsAiLink Is
EventsAiLink is an end-to-end event management ecosystem where AI agents and human event managers help plan and execute events. We provide planning tools, white-label ticketing for businesses, membership programs, talent and workforce marketplaces, networking, and partner networks.
EventsAiLink is not a simple ticketing reseller. Depending on the service, we may act as a technology provider, a facilitator between clients and talent, or a direct service provider. The role we play is described within each service.
03Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our safety, rating, or booking policies.
- Anonymous sign-ups are not permitted; we may verify identity for certain features.
04Payments, Currencies & Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. For global clients, EventsAiLink and its white-label tools support multiple currencies; the currency and amount charged are confirmed before payment.
Corporate invoices over USD $1,000 may be settled by ACH where available; international clients are served through supported regional payment methods.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction unless we state that they are included. Membership and subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled, as described in the applicable plan.
05Bookings, Talent & Services
Bookings made through EventsAiLink (including talent, workforce, modeling, and influencer engagements) are subject to the dedicated Talent & Booking Terms, the Cancellation Policy, and the Refund Policy. Selection of talent is performed in-house by AI agents and human administrators based on scope of work.
06Acceptable Use
- Do not use EventsAiLink for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
- Do not misuse ratings, reviews, verification, or referral systems (see our Rating & Reviews Integrity Policy).
- Do not circumvent in-platform booking to avoid fees, or solicit users off-platform to evade safety and payment protections.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform, AI systems, or other users' experience.
07Intellectual Property
EventsAiLink, its brand, slogan 'Hospitality Powered by AI & Humans', software, and AI-generated planning outputs are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
08Disclaimers & Liability
EventsAiLink is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. AI-generated plans and recommendations are aids, not guarantees of outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under your local law, including mandatory consumer rights.
09Termination
You may stop using EventsAiLink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or our policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payments owed, IP, disclaimers, dispute terms) will survive.
10Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EventsAiLink's place of incorporation, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. We aim to resolve disputes informally first — contact us before pursuing formal proceedings.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Global notice. EventsAiLink operates as a worldwide platform serving members, clients, talent, and partners in multiple countries. Where local consumer-protection, data-protection, labor, or tax law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory local rights apply and prevail. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence.
