EventsAiLink is a worldwide AI and human powered hospitality and event management ecosystem. This policy covers our website, member and corporate accounts, AI Event Planner, talent and workforce marketplaces, ticketing, networking, and partner networks.

This page is maintained by EventsAiLink to explain our data practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it is not an independent certification. Where a specific service has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to this policy.

02Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, password credentials, language and country, and profile details you provide.
Booking & service data: event details, scope of work, talent or workforce profiles, applications, and communications related to a booking.
Payment data: subscription and purchase records. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
AI Planner inputs: the event goals, budgets, and preferences you submit so our AI agents can generate plans and recommendations.
Usage & device data: log data, device and browser information, and interactions with the platform, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Communications: messages, support requests, reviews, and referral activity.

03How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account and deliver the services you request.
To let AI agents and human event managers plan, match talent, and execute events on your behalf.
To process payments, memberships, renewals, and refunds.
To maintain safety, verify identity where required, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms and policies.
To communicate service updates, respond to support, and — where permitted — send marketing you can opt out of.
To improve the platform, our AI models' quality, and the overall experience.

05AI Processing

Our AI Event Planner and matching systems process the information you submit to generate plans, recommendations, and talent matches. AI outputs are decision aids reviewed alongside human administrators; they are not automated legal or financial decisions about you. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want processed for planning.

07How We Share Data

Service providers (subprocessors): payment processing, cloud hosting and database, authentication, analytics, and AI model providers that help us operate the platform under contract.
Between parties to a booking: relevant details are shared between clients, talent, workforce, and event teams so a booking can be fulfilled.
Partners and networks: only as needed to deliver a service you engage with.
Legal and safety: where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
We do not sell your personal data. If you are in a region with an opt-out right regarding data sharing, you may exercise it as described below.

EventsAiLink operates globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred across borders.
