01Who These Terms Cover

Talent and workforce members who create profiles and accept engagements.
Clients (individuals, businesses, corporate members) who book through the platform.
AI agents and human administrators who perform in-house selection based on scope of work.

02Profiles & Free Listing

Anyone may sign up and create a profile for free. Profiles must be accurate, lawful, and represent the real person. Verified status is optional and gives clients added confidence and fast-track selection — but every member can be selected based on fit and scope of work.

The $20/month talent membership applies only after a member receives their first confirmed booking, as described on the relevant program pages.

03In-House Selection & Scope of Work

Selection is performed in-house by EventsAiLink's AI agents and human administrators according to the client's scope of work, budget category, location, and requirements. Clients describe their needs; EventsAiLink matches suitable talent. Direct off-platform solicitation to bypass this process is prohibited.

04Budget Categories & Fees

Engagements are organized into budget categories that reflect scope, experience, and deliverables.
Verification, fast-track, and platform service fees pay for completed services and are generally non-refundable.
Program-specific fees (for example modeling/influencer fast-track fees, percentage booking fees, and monthly memberships after first booking) are disclosed on each program's page and form part of these terms.

05Payments & Anti-Circumvention

All bookings and payments must stay on-platform. On-platform processing protects both sides with records, dispute handling, and safety protections. Arranging payment off-platform to avoid fees is a breach of these terms and removes those protections.

Payouts to talent are made through supported methods. As a global platform we support multiple currencies and regional payment methods; corporate invoices over USD $1,000 may use ACH where available.

06Conduct & Professional Standards

Show up on time, deliver the agreed scope, and behave professionally.
Follow our Safety Policy at every in-person engagement; talent may leave any unsafe situation without penalty.
No discrimination, harassment, or requests outside the agreed lawful scope of work.
Honor confidentiality where an engagement requires it.

07Independent Status

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, talent and workforce members act as independent contractors, not employees of EventsAiLink. Members are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations in their jurisdiction. EventsAiLink facilitates connections and, for certain managed services, coordinates delivery.

08Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Cancellations follow the Cancellation Policy notice windows, and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Client no-shows forfeit the booking amount; talent no-shows are credited or rebooked and may affect standing and Verified status.

09Ratings & Reputation

Completed engagements may be rated by both sides. Ratings affect selection speed and frequency. Manipulating ratings, retaliating, or coercing reviews is prohibited under the Rating & Reviews Integrity Policy.

10Disputes

If something goes wrong, raise it through the booking or contact support@eventsailink.com promptly. We review evidence from both sides and aim for a fair resolution. Keeping engagements on-platform makes disputes far easier to resolve.
