Safety Policy

EventsAiLink connects real people at real events worldwide. This policy sets the standards that keep our community safe β€” across talent bookings, workforce engagements, networking through Live Connection, and in-person experiences.

01Community Standards

  • Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, and intimidation are prohibited.
  • No illegal activity, exploitation, or endangerment of others.
  • No sexual content involving minors and no solicitation; minors may not use age-restricted features.
  • Represent yourself honestly β€” impersonation and fake profiles are not allowed.

02Identity & Verification

Verification (including HCC certification and Verified talent status) helps clients book with confidence. Verified badges indicate that we performed identity or background checks at the time of verification; they are a trust signal, not a guarantee of future behavior.

We may require identity confirmation for sensitive features and may remove verification for policy violations.

03In-Person Event Safety

  • Meet in professional, public, or properly staffed environments where possible.
  • Bookings and engagements should stay within the agreed scope of work.
  • Talent and workforce members may decline or leave any situation that feels unsafe without penalty.
  • Clients are responsible for providing a lawful, safe working environment at their events.

04Live Connection & Networking Safety

Live Connection helps people meet at events for business, networking, and social purposes. Share only what you're comfortable sharing, use in-platform tools, and respect others' visibility and consent settings. Unwanted contact, pressure, or boundary violations can result in removal.

05Payments & Anti-Circumvention

Keeping bookings and payments on-platform protects everyone with records, support, and dispute handling. Moving payments or arrangements off-platform to avoid fees also removes safety protections and is discouraged and may breach our Terms.

06Reporting & Response

If you feel unsafe or witness a violation, report it through the platform or email support@eventsailink.com. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services first.

We review reports, may suspend accounts during investigation, and take action up to permanent removal. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

07Zero Tolerance

Sexual misconduct, violence, trafficking, exploitation, and serious safety violations result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to authorities. Retaliation against people who report in good faith is also prohibited.

Global notice. EventsAiLink operates as a worldwide platform serving members, clients, talent, and partners in multiple countries. Where local consumer-protection, data-protection, labor, or tax law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory local rights apply and prevail. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence.
