About the Role

The College and University Co-Marketing Manager leads EventsAiLink's co-marketing relationships with colleges and universities across the United States — with university departments, student-affairs teams, alumni associations, athletics, career services, hospitality programs, campus organizations, fraternities, sororities, and approved student groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build co-marketing partnerships with colleges and universities
  • Work with student-affairs, alumni, athletics, and career-services teams
  • Support hospitality program partnerships and student engagement
  • Coordinate campus events, activations, and campaigns
  • Manage partner agreements and reporting
  • Grow the EventsAiLink presence on US campuses

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Outreach to campus departments and student organizations
  • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns and campus events
  • Partner onboarding and account management
  • Report on campus pipeline and outcomes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in higher-education partnerships, campus marketing, student affairs, alumni engagement, or campus recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the US college and university landscape
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel within the US for campus visits

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work with student affairs, alumni relations, athletics, career services, or campus program partnerships
  • Existing higher-education network

Location & Work Setup

USA Only — remote, with US travel for campus meetings and events.

Compensation

$55,000 – $110,000 / year. Employment status confirmed at offer.
