About the Role

The Customer Support Manager leads and supports customer-service operations for EventsAiLink, assisting members, clients, vendors, talent, partners, and event planners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review escalated support requests
  • Monitor response times and support quality
  • Identify recurring problems and drive improvements
  • Support members, clients, vendors, and event planners
  • Coordinate with product, operations, and regional teams
  • Maintain support documentation and playbooks

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Triage inbound tickets and escalations
  • Coach and support the front-line support team
  • Track key support metrics (response time, resolution, CSAT)
  • Report trends to leadership weekly

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer support, member services, or client success
  • Experience leading or coaching a support team or queue
  • Excellent written English and calm, empathetic tone
  • Comfortable in a remote-first environment

Preferred Experience

  • SaaS, hospitality, events, or marketplace support
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)

Location & Work Setup

Global Remote β€” home country. US business-hour overlap required.

Compensation

$40,000 – $90,000 USD / year, adjusted to local market. Employment status confirmed at offer.
