The Membership and Partnership Manager leads membership growth and strategic relationship development for EventsAiLink β€” with businesses, associations, nonprofits, universities, hospitality groups, community organizations, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities
  • Grow paid and community membership across markets
  • Build relationships with associations, universities, and hospitality groups
  • Coordinate co-marketing, sponsorship, and referral programs
  • Track partnership pipeline and outcomes
  • Represent EventsAiLink professionally in outreach

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Outreach to prospective partners and members
  • Discovery calls and follow-ups
  • Coordinate agreements with internal teams
  • Report on pipeline and conversion metrics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, membership, or community growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable owning a pipeline and hitting targets
  • Remote-first work experience

Preferred Experience

  • Hospitality, events, education, or association partnerships
  • Sponsorship or co-marketing program design

Location & Work Setup

Global Remote β€” home country. US business-hour overlap required.

Compensation

$40,000 – $90,000 USD / year, adjusted to local market. Employment status confirmed at offer.
