About the Role

The Pharmaceutical Events Manager supports business development, event coordination, and client relationships within the United States pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with pharma, medical device, and healthcare clients
  • Coordinate meetings, advisory boards, HCP programs, and industry events
  • Work with hotels, venues, speakers, and approved service providers
  • Support compliance-aware planning (Sunshine Act, HCP interactions)
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Grow the EventsAiLink footprint in life sciences

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Client outreach, discovery, and account management
  • Event planning coordination with internal teams and vendors
  • Compliance and documentation review
  • Reporting on pipeline and event outcomes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare event management or agency-side program management
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements around HCP engagement
  • Strong project management and client communication
  • Ability to travel within the US for events

Preferred Experience

  • Existing pharma, biotech, medical device, or healthcare agency network
  • Experience with advisory boards, speaker programs, or congresses

Location & Work Setup

USA Only β€” remote, with US travel for events and client meetings.

Compensation

$55,000 – $110,000 / year. Employment status confirmed at offer.
