About the Role

The Regional Manager supports EventsAiLink operations within an assigned country, territory, or geographic region. You monitor regional activity, support HCC-related operational issues, review service concerns, and help clients receive consistent support across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily regional activity and platform performance
  • Support HCC (Hospitality Certified Coordinator) operational issues
  • Review escalated service concerns and client feedback
  • Coordinate with customer support, vendor relations, and event-planning teams
  • Ensure consistent client experience across the assigned region
  • Report regional trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Review regional dashboards, tickets, and open requests
  • Communicate with vendors, HCCs, and internal teams
  • Resolve or escalate operational issues quickly
  • Track regional KPIs and share weekly updates

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in operations, hospitality, events, or client-services management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting hospitality, events, or multi-market operations
  • Familiarity with SaaS or platform-based service delivery
  • Multilingual is a plus

Location & Work Setup

Global Remote — work from your home country. Availability that overlaps a few hours with US business time is required for team meetings.

Compensation

$40,000 – $90,000 USD / year, adjusted to local market. Employment status (full-time employee or independent contractor) is confirmed during the interview and offer stage.
