About the Role

The Sports NIL Program Manager leads the growth and administration of EventsAiLink's Name, Image, and Likeness program across the United States β€” working with colleges, universities, athletic departments, student-athletes, NIL collectives, sponsors, brands, agencies, alumni groups, and approved sports organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the NIL program across US colleges and universities
  • Build relationships with athletic departments, collectives, and sponsors
  • Support student-athlete onboarding and compliance workflows
  • Coordinate NIL opportunities with brands and agencies
  • Track program performance and reporting
  • Represent EventsAiLink at approved sports and campus events

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Outreach to schools, collectives, and sponsor partners
  • Athlete and partner onboarding
  • Coordinate campaigns and event activations
  • Report metrics to leadership

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sports business, NIL, athletics, sponsorships, or brand partnerships
  • Working knowledge of NIL landscape and compliance principles
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the US

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work with athletic departments, collectives, agencies, or sports sponsors
  • Existing network in college athletics or NIL

Location & Work Setup

USA Only β€” remote, with occasional US travel for campus and partner meetings.

Compensation

$55,000 – $110,000 / year. Employment status (full-time employee or independent contractor) confirmed at offer.
