About the Role
The Talent Booking Manager oversees talent-booking requests submitted through EventsAiLink β speakers, entertainers, influencers, models, musicians, hospitality professionals, executives, athletes, and other approved talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage incoming booking requests
- Confirm talent availability, terms, and logistics
- Coordinate contracts, riders, and travel with internal teams
- Communicate professionally with clients and talent representatives
- Track bookings from inquiry through post-event follow-up
- Maintain accurate booking records in the platform
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Respond to booking inquiries within SLA
- Coordinate with talent, agents, and clients
- Update booking status and confirm payments/logistics
- Escalate issues to leadership when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years in talent booking, entertainment, artist relations, or event bookings
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High attention to detail with contracts and logistics
- Comfortable working remotely
Preferred Experience
- Existing talent, agent, or venue network
- Experience with speakers bureaus, entertainment agencies, or influencer platforms
Location & Work Setup
Global Remote β home country. Overlap with US business hours required for client and talent calls.
Compensation
$40,000 β $90,000 USD / year, adjusted to local market. Employment status confirmed at offer.
