About the Role

The Vendor Relations Manager develops and maintains relationships with hospitality vendors and service providers using EventsAiLink β€” recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining qualified vendors across categories and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard qualified vendors across service categories
  • Review vendor applications and verify credentials
  • Maintain accurate vendor records
  • Monitor vendor service quality and client feedback
  • Support vendor questions and resolve concerns
  • Grow vendor coverage in priority regions

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Outreach and follow-up with prospective vendors
  • Onboard approved vendors into the platform
  • Handle vendor support tickets and escalations
  • Report vendor performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in vendor management, procurement, partnerships, or hospitality sourcing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones

Preferred Experience

  • Hospitality, catering, staffing, AV, transportation, or event-service vendor networks
  • Contract review or vendor compliance experience

Location & Work Setup

Global Remote β€” home country. US business-hour overlap required.

Compensation

$40,000 – $90,000 USD / year, adjusted to local market. Employment status confirmed at offer.
