EventsAiLink is seeking a VIP Membership Concierge Services Manager to lead and enhance our premium member experience. This role is responsible for delivering personalized, high-touch concierge support while building lasting relationships with VIP members, corporate executives, event organizers, partners, and distinguished guests.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, understands luxury service standards, and thrives in creating memorable experiences from the first interaction through post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for VIP Membership clients.
- Deliver personalized concierge support before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate VIP event registrations, travel assistance, hotel accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with Event Managers, Hospitality Certified Coordinators (HCCs), venues, hotels, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service.
- Manage VIP member profiles, preferences, and service history to deliver customized experiences.
- Assist VIP members with exclusive EventsAiLink benefits, networking opportunities, and premium services.
- Resolve service requests quickly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Build long-term relationships that encourage membership renewals and referrals.
- Monitor service quality, member satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of new VIP membership benefits and concierge offerings.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Travel, and Partnership teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, luxury concierge, hotels, travel, events, guest services, or VIP client management.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
- Experience coordinating high-profile guests, executives, corporate clients, or premium memberships is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is a plus.
